Closing a flower subscription is very simple. With your order, you indicate how often you would like to receive fresh flowers; weekly, biweekly or once a month. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pause your subscription at this moment. If you are on vacation, you can cancel your subscription. Your account will be kept and you can start a new subscription whenever you want. You can also choose to temporarily deliver the flowers to another address. You can change the delivery address in your account.
Of course you will receive a confirmation of your application with us. The confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address you provided us.

Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us in 5 minutes after subscribing.
In the main menu, click ‘My Account.’ You can log on to your account with the username and password you chose with signing up.
You can reactivate your subscription from the “My Account”-page.
Go to ‘My Account’ go to ‘Subscriptions’ and click on your last subscription. In the details of your subscription you see a button ‘Resubscribe’. Click on it and continue through the checkout process again from there.
Please note: You must reconnect your delivery address to your (renewed) subscription. Go to addresses> Delivery address and check “Update this information in my subscription” at the bottom. Click Save.
Within your account you can set a delivery note. Go to My Account > Addresses. Edit Shipping address and go to the last field ‘Extra delivery information’. Tell us where to deliver your bouquet. You can alter this info as many times as you want. Make sure to edit it 24 hours before deliver date. We will try to deliver it at your neighbours in case of a blank field.
Within your account you can set an alternative delivery note. Go to My Account > Addresses. Edit Shipping address and go to the last field ‘Extra delivery information’. Tell us where to deliver your bouquet. You can alter this info as many times as you want. Make sure to edit it 24 hours before deliver date. Don’t forget to change it back to blank for future deliveries which should be at your own house.

The small vase is 23 cm high, has a diameter of 14 cm and the neck is 11 cm wide. The medium-sized vase is 30 cm tall, has a diameter of 19 cm and the neck is 15 cm wide. The large vase is 33 cm high, the diameter is 26 cm and the neck is 17 cm wide.
No, you don’t pay any delivery costs, the flowers are delivered to you free of charge.
After you complete your subscription you will make a one-time payment via iDeal (you need a Dutch bank account). Future payments are automatically debited from your bank account. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
No, you cannot change your bank account. If you want to change it, you need to cancel your subscription and add a new subscription (with the new account number) to your account.
Our bouquets are carefully composed by flower stylist Edwin Vollebregt and his team. We work exclusively with (seasonal) quality flowers and make sure you will receive a surprising bouquet with fresh flowers. You cannot give preference, but we’ll promise a special composition every time.
If you want a different size bouquet you need to cancel your subscription and close a new one.
